• Accessory Shipments: Some accessories may be shipped separately from the main scooter unit to expedite delivery.

• Color Matching: While we strive to accommodate specific color preferences, color choice is not guaranteed due to high volume and availability may be limited by production and demands.  This is especially true during promotional discounts.

• Cost-Effective Shipping: Our use of consolidated rail transport is designed to reduce shipping costs and provide free shipping for our customers. Otherwise, traditional carriers such as UPS can cost up to $1000 for individual shipping.

• Tracking and Delivery: Customers will receive tracking information as soon as the scooter reaches our local warehouse. The assigned delivery company will contact customers directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.
