REFUND POLICY

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  • Return Eligibility: Customers have the right to return their Bloom Scooter within 7 days of delivery if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase.  No returns or refunds or exchanges will be allowed after the 7 day period for any reason.

  • Return Conditions: The scooter must be in new condition, unused, and contained in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the scooter.

  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will exclude any cancellation fees and shipping costs.

  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 15% is applicable to all orders that have been processed but not yet shipped.
